Developed by Deyaar Development PJSC in Dubai’s Business Bay, The Atria residences features a residential tower and a hotel apartment tower. The elegant interior design of the hospitality component is the creation of YOO Studio, founded by renowned designer Philippe Starck. It will comprise 347 units including 272 hotel rooms, 5 duplex rooms and 70 studios for which febc was appointed as the FF&E procurement consultant.
