“We have no objection in recommending febc for their procurement and consultancy services for any pre-opening hotel projects”.
febc was contracted for the Procurement Management Con-sultancy of FF&E, OS&E and Joinery services. The team thor-oughly checked in detail the FF&E specification packages, architectural layouts and interior design drawings issued by dsgn™. Soon after febc engaged a number of suppliers and manufacturers from different parts of the world to obtain the best possible quality and savings for the client. This included regular trips with the client to factories to conduct value en-gineering with the intention to reduce costs further without affecting the design integrity. The client was delighted with the outcome of these trips.
febc needed to select and specify all FF&E items in collabora-tion with Indigo’s unique brand and their guideline standards, prepare BOQ for the full project and obtain final approval by both Indigo and Hotel Owner.
The febc team worked exceptionally hard to deliver and meet the client’s goals. With our extensive network of suppliers and expansive knowledge in hotel procurement we managed to substantially reduce the clients total budget.
