Again, working to the design intent created by Philippe Stark, febc was a proud partner of Ian Schraeger in the transformation of St Martins Lane from a 1960s office block into a unique, 5-star London hotel.

Responsible for project management, cost management and both FF&E and OS&E procurement services, febc reduced costs and sourced the highest quality goods for the luxury hotel’s 204 rooms, multiple F&B outlets, fitness center and conference facilities.
